We offer several Managed Services packages that are complete right out of the box. These packages will generally meet the needs of small to medium businesses. For larger businesses, or businesses with higly particular needs, we also offer remotely managed custom solutions, which we design with you specifically to meet your IT requirements. In all cases, remote managing has proven as reliable as dedicated staff, yet much more cost-effective.

TORNADO LITE

The Tornado Lite Managed Service Package services 1-5 computers on a network. It is engaged in three (3) month blocks, and services include:

The Tornado Strong Managed Service Package services 5-20 computers on a network. It is engaged in six (6) month blocks, and services include:

TORNADO BLOCK TIME

This basic plan is designed for clients who need minimum support and only want to call on Neural Tornado when a problem arises. Projects, upgrades, network support are done on an on-call basis and are slotted on an as-needed basis. We suggest only small businesses from 1 to 10 users (computers) avail themselves of the Tornado Block Time.

Please note that this does cover travel time if needed to customer onsite support for servers and workstations and is on a call basis.

Block times are in increments of 10 hours and billed as follows:

10 hours:   $80.00/hour

20 hours:   $75.00/hour

30 hours:   $72.00/hour

40 hours:   $70.00/hour

Anything in excess of 40 hours is billed at $68.00/hour.
